Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 87(4) of the Law, that the LLP was being wound up with effect from 31 March 2026 and, pursuant to section 87(10)(a)(iii) of the Law, that the winding up of the LLP has been completed and the LLP was dissolved with effect from 31 March 2026.
