Remede Application 2026

PARISH OF SAINT SAMPSON – REMEDE PUBLICATION

The Constables of the Parish of Saint Sampson hereby notify the Ratepayers and Electors thereof that they will apply to the Royal Court at 9.30 a.m. on Friday, 10 April 2026 to obtain the Remède for permission to levy the following amounts by means of:

Owner’s Rate – the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty-Five Thousand and Eight Hundred and Thirty Five Pounds (£255,835) at the rates per unit of Assessable Value of the relevant Cadastre Categories approved at the meeting referred to below.

Refuse Rate – the sum of Four Hundred and Nine Thousand, and Ninety-Five Pounds (£409,095) at a charge of £102.02 per individual unit of domestic accommodation of the relevant cadastre categories.

To meet the expenses in accordance with the publications made in La Gazette Officielle on 18 and 25 March 2026 and the subsequent deliberations of the said Electors and Ratepayers at a meeting held at 7.30pm on Wednesday 1 April 2026. (Documents relevant thereto being available on request from the Constables‘ Office) .
