In the Estate of JANET HUTCHEON (née Upsall) of La Jumelle, Montville Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey, who died on 19 February 2026 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executrix, JOANNE ELIZABETH SEAL, of Collas Crill LLP, Glategny Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EW, to arrive on or before 15 July 2026, failing which the Executrix will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
