The Annual General Meeting of Les Habitants du Clos du Valle will be held at the Vale Douzaine Room on Thursday 15^th April 2026 at 7.00pm. 

AGENDA

1. President’s report.
2. Presentation of the audited Financial Accounts for 2025.
3. To elect Accountants for 2026
4. To elect a member to the Council to the replace the Douzaine representative, Mr. Andre Quevatre, who is eligible for re-election.  The following nomination has been received: Andre Quevatre proposed by John Harold Niles and seconded by Richard Alan Leale.

this meeting is open to habitants only and proof of address may be required.    In accordance with Clause 1 (2) of the 1932 Ordinance, “Habitant” means a person who having resided in the Clos du Valle for periods amounting to not less than three-quarters out of a period of twelve calendar months, has since continued to reside in the Clos without periods of absence therefrom amounting to one-quarter of any period of twelve months.
