The Ratepayers and Electors are invited to meet at La Chambre de la Douzaine, Rue des Landes, Forest on 13th May 2026 immediately following the Ecclesiastical Meeting, at 7.30pm to transact the following business:

1.

To pass the Constables' and Parochial Cemetery accounts for the year 2025 and appoint accountants for 2026. The accounts are available for review and may be viewed between 6pm and 7pm Tuesday 5th May 2026 at La Chambre de la Douzaine.

To decide if they are in favour of levying by means of an Owners’ Rate the sum of £27,475 as recommended by the Parochial Church Property Management Board of the Forest Parish.

4.

To Authorise the Constables to apply to the Royal Court for a Remede to levy the agreed expenditure. The factors applied to the Cadastre categories used to calculate the Owners' Rate and the Refuse Rate will be available upon request.
