IN THE ESTATE OF MR ALAN PETER HERPE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Probate of the Will of Alan Peter Herpe, late of La Neuve Courtil, 9 La Colline Des Bas Courtils, Route Des Bas Courtils, St Saviours, Guernsey, GY7 9YQ, who died on 20^th December 2025 was granted by the Ecclesiastical Court of the Bailiwick of Guernsey on 20^th March 2026.

All persons having claims against the Estate of the said deceased are required to send full particulars thereof in writing to the Executors of the Estate on or before 14^th  July 2026 after which date the Executors of the Estate will proceed to distribute the estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
