Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, as amended, that Special Situations Venture

Partners III (GP) Limited as General Partner of the Partnership with registered

office 1Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, GY1 2HL, Guernsey has

consented to the dissolution of the Partnership with effect from 23 March 2026 and will thereafter act in its capacity as Liquidating Trustee of the Partnership.
