NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 28(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, that on 31 October 2020 the LP was deemed dissolved pursuant to section 16.1.2 (b) of the limited partnership agreement dated 15 July 2008.  It was resolved that that EPEF III GP Limited (in liquidation), in its capacity as general partner of the LP, be appointed as Liquidating Trustee for the purpose of its winding up.
