NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 30(8)(a) of the Law, that pursuant to clause 6.1(b) of the limited partnership agreement relating to the Partnership, the Partnership (with its registered office at PO Box 186, Royal Chambers, St Julians Avenue, St Peter Port, GY1 4HP, Guernsey), has been dissolved with effect from 15 April 2026.
