NOTICE IS GIVEN to all or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real estate of AGNES GARDINER PARKES (née Thomson) (the “Deceased”) late of Osborne House, 3, Rue Maurepas, Maurepas Road, St Peter Port, Guernsey (who died on 27^th December 2025), that an Application will be made to the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 am on Friday 24^th April 2026 by ALISON PARKES for the following Orders:

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) of all the Real Estate of the Deceased; and

2. the appointment of Alison Parkes as the Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased;

AND in the event of such Application being granted, an application will be made to the Court for a further Order that upon the sale of any of the Real Estate of the Deceased, the Administrator shall be permitted to distribute immediately such proceeds of sale without further application to the Royal Court.
