Estate of Ruth Tempest deceased

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Probate of the Will of RUTH MILDRED TEMPEST formerly of Murnau, Salines Road, St Sampson, Guernsey, who died on 10 December 2025 was granted by the Guernsey Probate Registry on 17 April 2026. All persons having claims against the Estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of the claims in writing to the Executrix FIONA RUTH TEMPEST of Murnau, Salines Road, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4FJ on or before 29 July 2026 after which date the Executrix will proceed to distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim she has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
