NOTICE IS GIVEN to all or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real estate of GILES ANTHONY MORGAN (the “Deceased”)

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real estate of GILES ANTHONY MORGAN (the “Deceased”) late of 4 Petersfield Road, London (who died on 27 October 2025), that an Application will be made to the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 am on Friday 8 May 2026 by SERENA JULIET TREMLETT for the following Orders:

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) of all the Real Estate of the Deceased; and
2. the appointment of Serena Tremlett as the Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased;

AND in the event of such Application being granted, an application will be made to the Court for a further Order that upon the sale of any of the Real Estate of the Deceased, the Administrator shall be permitted to distribute immediately such proceeds of sale without further application to the Royal Court.
