In the Estate of RICHARD EDWIN LITTLEWOOD of Oaktree Cottage, Les Canus, Capelles, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4UJ who died on 1 January 2026 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Attorney Administrator, JASON BRIAN GREEN, of Collas Crill LLP, Glategny Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4EW, to arrive on or before 13 August 2026, failing which the Attorney Administrator will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
