LIMITED PARTNERSHIP – CORRECTIVE NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Filbert Street LP, a limited partnership registered in Guernsey with registered number 438 (the “Partnership”), was dissolved on 09 March 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995, (as amended) (“the “Law”).

This notice is published by way of correction, as the statutory notice of dissolution was not published within the required timeframe pursuant to Section 30(8)(a) of the Law, at the time of dissolution.

All persons having dealings with or claims against the Partnership are requested to note that the Partnership has ceased to carry on business with effect from 09 March 2026.
