TERRE MISES À L’AMENDE

FORT GEORGE ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED whose Registered Office is at Maison de Bas, Rue des Truchots in the parish of Saint Andrew, in the Island of Guernsey, owner of part of the premises known as Fort George, in the parish of Saint Peter Port, consisting of the access roads and grass verges therein, the whole of which is shown outlined red in respect of access roads, and yellow in respect of the grass verges on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 8th May 2026, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that any person trespassing upon that part of the said land situate at Fort George aforesaid (shown outlined in red and yellow respectively on a plan deposited at the Greffe) shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding £50.00 (or such other sum as may be specified by law from time to time as the maximum penalty payable by trespassers on property which has been determined as ‘Les Terres Mises à L’Amende’) in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres Mises à L’Amende of 16th January 1786, as amended, pursuant to an Act of the Royal Court dated the 8th day of May 2026.
