In accordance with the provisions of The Air Transport Licensing (Guernsey) Law, 1995 (‘The Law’), the Transport Licensing Authority (‘The Authority’) invites any person, organisation, society, agents, etc to make representations regarding an application from RVL Aviation Limited for an air transport licence to operate a cargo only service to and from GUERNSEY to JERSEY.

Any person may, within a period of 14 days beginning on the date of this publication, submit written representations to the Authority in respect of the application or proposal in question.

The Authority shall not be obliged to consider any representations received by it after the expiration of the said 14-day period.
