In the Estate of Janet Esme Coxell of Le Petit Menage, Highlands, Mont Marche, Forest, Guernsey, GY8 0HE who died on 13 February 2026 – TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executor, Murray Ian David Gilson, of Braemar, Highlands, Mont Marche, Forest, Guernsey, GY8 0HE , to arrive on or before 7 August 2026, failing which the Executor will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he has not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
