THE LAW REFORM (INHERITANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) (GUERNSEY) LAW, 2006

To any person claiming to be entitled to the Real Estate of the late David George Ernest Nebbitt formerly of 126 Hartman Road, Monarto, South Australia 5254 who died on 31^st December 2022 (“the Deceased”) TAKE NOTICE that Daniel David Nebbitt will apply to the Royal Court at 9.30am on Friday, 5^th June 2026 for:-

1. an Administration Order under s.4 of the Law;
2. Advocate Tee to be appointed as Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased; and
3. permission to distribute the proceeds of sale of the Real Estate forthwith upon such sale without further application to the Court.
