7 Ridge Investments 5 US Blocker LP 

(the “Limited Partnership”) 

On 26 May 2026 7Ridge Investments 5 (GP) Limited passed the following Special Resolution:-

“THAT in accordance with the LP Law and the Limited Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, 7Ridge Investments 5 (GP) Limited, shall conduct the dissolution process”.

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Limited Partnership are hereby requested to send details thereof in writing to the undersigned not later than 26 June 2026.

The Limited Partnership is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
