NOTICE is hereby given under section 92 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, as amended, by the directors of the Company to all creditors of the Company of the proposed application to the Registrar of Companies in Guernsey for the removal of the Company from the register of companies in Guernsey to be continuing as a company registered under the laws and regulations of Cayman Islands such migration proposed to take effect no later than 8 August 2026.
