NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on 02 June 2026, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:

“THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391 (1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 and Natalie Boes and Nick Vermeulen, both of Royal Bank Place, 1 Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4ND (the “Joint Liquidators”) be appointed Liquidators of the company”.

All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.

All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 26 June 2026.
