NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows:
(a) Forest Securities Limited is in voluntary dissolution under the provision of Section 138 (4) (a), (b) and (c) of the International Business Companies Act, 2000.
b) The Dissolution of the said Company commenced on the 14th day of May, 2026 when its Articles of Dissolution were submitted to and registered with the Registrar General.
c) The Liquidator of the said Company is Myles Culmer of BDO, P. O. Box N-10144, Gresham House, Charlotte Street South, Nassau, Bahamas.
All persons having claims against the above Company are required on or before the 4th day of July, 2026 to send their names, addresses and particulars of the claims to the undersigned, P.O. Box N-10144, Gresham House, Charlotte Street South, Nassau, Bahamas or via email to info@bdobahamas.com, or in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.
