NOTICE
THE ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING PLACES) ORDINANCE, 1963

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Committee for the Environment & Infrastructure by Section 1 of The Road Traffic (Parking Places) Ordinance, 1963, as amended, notice is given of proposals to:

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 28 Le Hurel Estate, St Martin and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Remove a 23hr approved parking space near 12 Rougeval Estate, St Peter Port and replace it with an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge.

Install an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge opposite St Patrick’s Court, Water Lanes, St Peter Port.

Remove a 1hr disc parking space near 4 Mansell Court, St Peter Port.

Remove an approved parking space reserved for people in possession of a Blue Badge near 17 Paris Street and replace it with a 10hr disc parking space reserved for vehicles not exceeding 3.7m long by 1.7m wide.
