'In the Estate of SHEILA MARGARET INNES of 5 PENNINGTON CRESCENT, WEST MOORS, FERNDOWN, DORSET, BH22 0JH who died on the 16 February 2025 - TAKE NOTICE that all persons having any claim to or against the above Estate are hereby required to send written particulars thereof to the Executrix, SARAH PENELOPE HENSHAW of OLD PARK FARMHOUSE, DOLMANS HILL, LYTCHETT MATRAVERS, POOLE, BH16 6HP to arrive on or before 18 September 2026, failing which the Executrix will distribute the Estate without regard thereto, and shall not, as respects the Estate so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution, the whole pursuant to The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.'
