NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Written Resolution of the shareholders of DARWIN PROPERTY INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT (GUERNSEY) LIMITED (the “Company”) on 10 June 2026, the following resolutions were passed by the members: THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 391 (1)(b) of the Companies Law; and THAT Matthew Wright and Sophie Smith of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, of Floor 2, Harbour House, South Esplanade, St. Peter Port, GY1 1AP, Guernsey be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up of the Company.
