SCP (Hummingbird) GP Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation) Company No. 69511 ———— NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the shareholder of SCP (Hummingbird) GP Limited (the “Company”) on 8 June 2026, the following resolutions were passed by the member

1. THAT the Company be and is hereby wound–up by means of voluntary liquidation pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 as amended; and

2. THAT Alter Domus (Guernsey) Limited (the "Liquidator") be authorised, pursuant to the Company’s articles of incorporation, to distribute the assets of the Company to the Company's sole member in specie.

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidator at the address below by no later than 4 weeks following the date of this notice:
