The Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995 (as amended) (the “Law”) Baring Vostok Fund IV Supplemental Fund (GP) L.P. (Registered Number 823) (“the Partnership”).

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 30(8)(a) of the Law that the Partnership, the registered office of which is situated at Ground Floor, Plaza House, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2HU, was dissolved with effect from 1 July 2026.
