NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of BRIAN GRANT WATT late of Schout Offermanstraat 10, 6042 XS Roermond, the Netherlands who died on 30 October 2023 and in respect of whom a Grant of Probate was issued by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 19 December 2025 to Martyn Baudains Attorney Executor (the Executor) is required to send particulars in writing to Emilie Gingell at Ogier whose address is 44 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG on or before 21 October 2026 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which the Executor has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any of them so distributed to any person or whose claims or demands the Executor has not had notice.
