HILLVIEW PARTNERS PROPERTY FUND II LIMITED, HPPF II HOLD cO ltd., HILLVIEW BETA HOLDINGS LIMITED AND HPPF II fUNDING cO LTD. (ALL IN LIQUIDATION)

(TOGETHER “the Companies”)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 7 July 2026 the Royal Court of Guernsey ordered that the Companies be compulsorily wound up pursuant to section 406(e) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008. Andrea Harris and Benjmain Rhodes of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Companies are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 7 August 2026, and all persons indebted to the Companies are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.
