NOTICE OF ABANDONED HORSE TRAILER

Avenue Trust Company Limited, for and on behalf of Delisle Properties Limited, hereby gives notice that the following trailer has been left unattended at Les Blanches Vinery Cottage, St Martin's, Guernsey, and is considered to have been abandoned:

• Blue double horse trailer (believed to be an Ifor Williams)

• Displaying Registration Number: 2426 (registration believed to relate to the towing vehicle and not necessarily the ownership of the trailer)

• No other identifying registration marks displayed.

Unless this trailer is removed by Wednesday 5th August, or, if ownership has changed, the owner contacts Avenue Trust Company Limited by Wednesday 29th July, it is intended that the trailer will be removed from the property and disposed of on or after Thursday 6th August.

Any costs incurred in the removal and disposal of the trailer may be recovered from the owner.
