GUERNSEY COMPETITION AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY: STATUTORY NOTICE OF DIRECTION

The Guernsey Competition and Regulatory Authority (GCRA) hereby gives notice that on 24 July 2026 it

issued a Direction under section 1(3) of the Telecommunications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001,

exempting providers of Travel eSIM Services from the requirement to obtain a Telecommunications

Licence, subject to the conditions set out in the Direction. The Direction has been published on the GCRA’s

website under matter T1725G: https://www.gcra.gg.
