NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Guernsey Real Property of MARY DUTHART WARREN WHITE (née Jardine), deceased (“the Deceased”), late of Elstow Manor, Bedford Road, Bedford, who died on 1st August 2023, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 a.m. on Friday, 7th August 2026 by Jane White, of Apartment 4, Limegrove, Frogmore Hall, Frogmore Park, Watton at Stone, Hertfordshire, England (“the Applicant”) for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) in respect of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased; and

2. the appointment of Advocate Sarah Millar as the Administrator of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased;

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for the following order:-

3. in the event of the above orders being granted, an order pursuant to section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law vesting the whole of the Deceased’s Guernsey Real Estate for an estate of inheritance in the only children of the Deceased, the said Jane White and Helen White.
