NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 (the “Act”) that Kenhurst Properties Limited (the “Company”) is in voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation commenced on 2 June 2026. The following resolutions were passed by the member: that pursuant to section 199(3) of the Act, the member wishes to approve a liquidation plan; and that Colm Edwards of Richmond Advisory (BVI) Limited, 2nd Floor, Palm Grove House, Wickhams Cay, P.O. Box 3340, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Floor 2, Harbour House, South Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1AP, be appointed as Joint Voluntary Liquidators of the Company and the member of the Company be authorised to provide notice to the Joint Voluntary Liquidators of their appointment.
