“MALCOLM JOHN HARVEY, DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Estate of the late Malcolm John Harvey, deceased (the “Deceased”) formerly of Le Desert, Les Vallettes, St. Saviour, Guernsey who died on 3 October 2025, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30am on Friday 21 August 2026 for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (the “Law”) of all the Real Estate of the Deceased;

0. the appointment of Kay Harvey as the Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased; and

1. that pursuant to Section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law that all the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased be vested as to an undivided one-half share in Kay Harvey for herself and her heirs and an undivided one-quarter share in each of David John Harvey and Helen Kay Durkin (née Harvey) for themselves and their respective heirs.
