“PAUL LOUIS LE MARQUAND, DECEASED

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Estate of the late Paul Louis Le Marquand, deceased (the “Deceased”) formerly of Saumarez Park Manor Residential Home, Route de Saumarez, Castel, Guernsey who died on 19 November 2025, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30am on Friday 21 August 2026 for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (the “Law”) of all the Real Estate of the Deceased;

0. the appointment of Jane Verena Lanyon as the Administrator of the Real Estate of the Deceased; and
2. that pursuant to Section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law that all the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased be vested in the Applicant, Jane Verena Lanyon and Ross Paul Le Marquand, in equal undivided shares for themselves and their respective heirs.
