NOTICE is hereby given that on 3rd September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in The Royal Court House, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PB there will take place a creditors meeting, convened pursuant to section 417 of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 by Jurat Burnard, who has been appointed Commissioner, to examine and verify the Company’s financial statements, creditors' claims and preferences, and to receive the Liquidators’ final report. The report has been dispatched to all creditors of the Company. If any creditor has not received a copy please contact the Liquidators. It is also proposed that a dividend will be declared and a date set for the distribution of the Company's assets.
