RUTH EVELINE LE POIDEVIN DECEASED
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons claiming to be heirs or otherwise beneficially interested in the Real Estate of Ruth Eveline Le Poidevin, late of “Willersley”, Vara Road, Rue du Varivary, Saint Martin (“the Deceased”) who died on 15th July 2026, that JOHN LE POIDEVIN of “The Vineyard”, Clos du Beaupré, Saints Road, St. Martin (“the Applicant”) will apply to the Royal Court at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 28th August 2026 for the following orders:
(1) an Administration Order under section 4 of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 in respect of the Deceased’s Real Estate;
(2) that the Applicant be appointed as the administrator of the said Real Estate; and
(3) that upon the Applicant completing the sale of any of the said Real Estate he shall be permitted to distribute the net proceeds of such sale immediately and without making a further application to the Court.
Any person wishing to be heard in respect of the said application should be present in Court when it is made.
