NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that by Act dated 7^th day of August 2026 the Royal Court granted permission to the Constables of St Andrew to publish a notice in “La Gazette Officielle” of this Island to the effect that trespassers on those parts of premises known as St Andrew’s Church car park situate at Route de St Andre in the parish of St Andrew (this area being shown outlined in red on the plan deposited at the Greffe on the 7^th day of August 2026) are liable to prosecution in accordance with the Ordinance relating to Terres mises à l’Amende of 16th January, 1786, as amended.
