NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 27 August 2026 the following resolutions were passed by the members of the Company:
THAT the Company be and is hereby wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended).
THAT Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, Glategny Esplanade, Glategny Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR be hereby appointed as Liquidators for the purpose of winding up the Company.
THAT The Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the Company are requested to send details thereof to the Joint Liquidators at the address below not later than 17 September 2026.
