NOTICE OF A CREDITORS’ MEETING: Residentia Limited (in Compulsory Winding Up) (the “Company”) Registration No. 62077. NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 417 of The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (as amended) a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on 5 October 2026 at 2:30pm in the Royal Court of Guernsey, St James Street, Guernsey, St Peter Port, GY1 2PB for the purpose of the examination and verification by the Commissioner of the Liquidator’s financial statements and creditors’ claims and to fix a date for the distribution of the company’s assets.
