“the Deceased”

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the real estate of DAVID PRIAULX COLLAS late of Henley Park, Fawley, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire who died on 2^nd October 2025, that an Application will be made to the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 am on Friday 25 September 2026 by EDWARD TOBY CHARLES COLLAS for the Orders at paragraphs 1 and 2 below and that an application will also be made to the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 am on the same date by ANDREW DOUGLAS LAWS for the Order at paragraph 3 below:

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Sections 4 (1) and 4 (2) (b) of The Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (“the Law”) in respect of the Guernsey Real Property of the Deceased;

2. the appointment of ANDREW DOUGLAS LAWS as the Administrator of the Guernsey Real Estate of the Deceased; and

3. an Order under the provisions of Section 17 (1) (a) (iv) of the Law that the Guernsey Real Estate shall vest as to (i) an undivided one-half share in Christine Collas, for herself and her heirs and (ii) as to an undivided one-eighth share in each of Edward Toby Charles Collas, Olivia Adamson (née Collas), Charlotte King (née Collas), and Davina Coleridge (née Collas) for themselves and their respective heirs.
