NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following written resolutions of Pension Corporation GP II Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation) (the “Company”) were duly passed on 23 September 2026, each resolution stating that: “the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1) (b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008, as amended” and “Clive John Fortis of BTG Consulting (Guernsey) Limited, Suite 3, Block A, Hirzel Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NN, Guernsey and Adrian John Denis Rabet of BTG Consulting (Jersey) Limited, Second Floor De la Poste House, 59 King Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 4WE, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators (the "Joint Liquidators") for the purpose of winding up the Company and that any power conferred upon them by the Company, or by law, be exercisable by them alone or jointly.”

All persons having claims against or who are indebted to the Company are requested to send details thereof to the address below not later than 27 October 2026.
