ESTATE OF DAVID MICHAEL MACHON DECEASED NOTICE IS GIVEN

NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Property of DAVID MICHAEL MACHON (Deceased) of 0/2 25 Bannerman Place, Clydebank, Scotland, who died at Queens Quay House, Queens Quay, Main Avenue, Queens Quay, Clydebank, Scotland, on 25 March 2022, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 16 October 2026 by Nick Peter Machon (the Applicant), for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Part II, section 4(1)(d) of the Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (Law) of the Deceased's Guernsey Real Property; and
2. the appointment of Nick Peter Machon as the Administrator of the Deceased's Real Property (Administrator);

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for a further order namely:

3. that the Real Property of the Deceased be vested in the Applicant and his sister, Louise Marie Le Vallois (née Machon), for an estate of inheritance in equal undivided one-half shares for themselves and their respective heirs pursuant to Section 17(1)(a)(iv) of the Law.
