NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was executed on XX September 2026, the following Special Resolution was confirmed:
“THAT the Company be and is hereby wound–up by means of voluntary liquidation pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008 as amended; and THAT Natalie Boes and Nick Vermeulen (the "Liquidators") be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators of the Company for purpose of the winding-up of the Company.
All persons owing monies to the above-mentioned company are requested to settle the account concerned direct with the Joint Liquidators.
All persons having claims against the above-mentioned company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 22nd October 2026.
