NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the late Timothy Chapman Tilden-Smith, formerly of Les Landelles, Rue de la Foire, Castel, Guernsey, who died on 20 March 2026 at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, St Martin, Guernsey, and to whose estate a Grant of Probate was granted by the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry on 25 September 2026 to AFR Trustees (Guernsey) Limited and Patricia Daphne Smitheram (nee Tilden-Smith), are required to send particulars in writing to the Joint Executors at, Court Place, Rue du Manoir, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3XZ, on or before 15 January 2027 after which date the Joint Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which the Joint Executors have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands the Executor has not had notice, the whole in conformity with The Prescription (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1997.
