PARISH OF ST MARTIN

The Electors of the Parish are invited to meet at the Parish Hall, La Grande Rue, St. Martin at 7.30pm on Wednesday 4^th November 2026 for:-

The Election of:-

• THREE DOUZENIERS

to replace Mr P Merrien, Mr G Naidoo and Mr M Priaulx whose terms have expired and are eligible for re-election

• ONE MEMBER FOR NEW CEMETERY COMMITTEE

to complete the unexpired term of office, namely to 30^th April 2027, to replace Mr B Gregg (who has resigned), nominations and voting for on the evening

Nominations are invited.

Application forms for the election of Douzeniers may be obtained from the Constables’ Office, La Grande Rue, St Martin GY4 6LQ and to be returned completed by no later than 4pm on Monday 26^th October 2026.

• To request the ratepayers permission for the Constables to sell the Scout Hut and surrounding land
• To request the ratepayers permission for the Constables to sell a portion of land from The Community Field to a neighbouring property
• To request the ratepayers permission for the Constables to sell The Community Field
• Any Other Business
