NOTICE IS GIVEN to all heirs or potential heirs claiming to be beneficially interested in the Real Property of REBECCA MARY ELLIOTT (Deceased) of Apartment 2, The Lea, Rue Pres Les Nicolles, Forest, Guernsey, who died at Apartment 2, The Lea aforesaid, on 18 April 2026, that an application will be made to the Ordinary Division of the Royal Court of Guernsey at 9.30 a.m. on Friday 23 October 2026 by William Mark Elliott (the Applicant), for the following orders:-

1. an Administration Order pursuant to Part II, section 4(1)(d) of the Law Reform (Inheritance and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Guernsey) Law, 2006 (Law) of the Deceased's Guernsey Real Property; and
2. the appointment of Wendy Mary Elliott, (née Brehaut) as the Administrator of the Deceased's Real Property (Administrator);

WHEREUPON the aforesaid applications being granted, the Administrator will apply to the Court for a further order namely:

3. that upon the sale of the Deceased's Real Property the Administrator shall be permitted to immediately distribute the net proceeds of sale of such of the Deceased's Guernsey Real Property without further application to the Royal Court.
