NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26 August 2026 the following resolutions were passed by the member of Inflexion 2010 General Partner Limited (the “Company”):

THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (as amended); and

THAT Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, Glategny Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) with the power to act jointly and severally for the purpose of winding up the Company.

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the Company are requested to send details thereof to the Joint Liquidators at the address below not later than 6 November 2026.
