NOTICE OF INTENDED DIVIDEND

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date of proving, being 6 November 2026.

Creditors who have not yet proved must send their full names and addresses (and those of any solicitors, if any) together with full particulars of their debts or claims to the Joint Liquidators at Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Harbour House, South Esplanade, St Peter Port, GY1 1AP or by email to Guernsey@leonardcurtis.gg .

Any persons who have not proved their debt by the last day of proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend.
