NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as a Special Resolution on 12 October 2026:

“THAT the Company be placed into a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up.”

And that the following Written Resolution of the Members of the Company was unanimously adopted as an Ordinary Resolution on 12 October 2026:

“THAT Andrea Harris and Benjamin Rhodes of Grant Thornton Advisors Limited, St James Place, St James Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NZ be hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”

All persons having claims against the Company are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators before 11 November 2026 and all persons indebted to the Company are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date.

The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full.
